Will this be complicated?
No, Vira is designed to be easy to use by anyone. Simply drop in your plant, fill it with water, then set your watering schedule once on our simple mobile app.
How often do I need to refill it?
Most plants will get four to six weeks from a single fill, depending on the plant and how often you choose to water.
How do I control the watering schedule?
Use the Vira app to set how much water your plant gets and how often. Once saved, the pot follows that schedule automatically.
When will pre-orders ship?
We’re finalizing the prototype now. Pre-orders are expected to ship in spring of 2027. We’ll send updates as we move through testing and manufacturing.
What if I change my mind after pre-ordering?
Your pre-order is fully refundable until your unit ships.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Vira comes with a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.
